BIO-key is seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Representative / Team Leader to cultivate leads and create business opportunities with prospects in the enterprise market. In addition, coaching and mentoring of Sales Development Representatives. This position requires experience in the utilization of social selling techniques and tools and the ability to farm and establish forward moving relationships with directors and executives within several targeted industries including financial, retail, government and call centers.
Ideal candidates have experience as a Team Leader and selling technology, software or security to directors and C-level executives. Only candidates with a minimum of 7 years B2B selling experience will be considered.
This position offers a tremendous opportunity for growth with unlimited upside potential. This is an inside sales position with some customer facing travel.

- Minimum of seven year’s successful inside sales experience (B2B)
- Proven experience as a Team Leader coaching and mentoring Inside Sales Representatives.
- Proven experience and success in the use of social selling techniques and tools
- General knowledge of technology and comfortable learning new technologies
- Experience selling either security, software, technology, electronics or OEM
- Capable of prospecting and developing sales partners and territories
- Understanding of CRM’s, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office
- Ability to create Power Point slides and present to groups during conference calls
