Meet: Cecilia Welch

Ceci Welch has more than 25 years of operational and financial management experience in a diverse selection of technology corporations. Prior to joining BIO-key, she was Controller for Savaje Technologies, Crystal Systems and ATN Microwave (acquired by Agilent Technologies). Mrs. Welch has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University.
